Immersed in the Colombare park, in the green of olive trees and the deep green of holm oaks and cypress trees, the Bellavita restaurant is the result of the reuse of the old barn of the main farmhouse, which now houses the hotel. It is a space that has been empty and equipped to become a multifunctional restaurant, which we can define as chameleon depending on requirements. In Fact it is designed to become a “modern tavern”, an intimate restaurant or a banqueting space. Involved by the spirit of the place and the ideas of the owners, we wanted to study a concept that would rework in a contemporary key the respect for solid materials, which could find a new life inside the restaurant, recalling with its own characteristics and with the raw roughness of the surfaces some typical aspects also of Umbrian cuisine, authentic and traditional.
